Scott: Hi, I’m Scott.

William: I’m William.

Scott: We’re doing a video on coping skills.

William: Okay.

Scott: What are your main coping skills that you use to overcome anxiety or stress?

William: Generally I don’t let it really get to me. I try not to care about much, and it pretty much works out.

Scott: What are your favorite things to do to overcome stress?

William: Watch some anime, or TV, that kind of stuff.

Scott: What can make you panic?

William: Unless there’s an eight feet tall spider, not much.

Scott: What physical activities do you do that help you to deal with stress?

William: I don’t really do much physical activities to deal with stress.

Scott: Okay. How do you avoid stressful situations?

William: Well, generally beforehand I can tell when it’s about to go down. I generally either dip or I just get into a corner where I can just watch it go down or whatever.

Scott: Do you get coaching support to handle stress?

William: No.
