Scott: Hi, I’m Scott.
William: I’m William.
Scott: We’re doing a video on coping skills.
William: Okay.
Scott: What are your main coping skills that you use to overcome anxiety or stress?
William: Generally I don’t let it really get to me. I try not to care about much, and it pretty much works out.
Scott: What are your favorite things to do to overcome stress?
William: Watch some anime, or TV, that kind of stuff.
Scott: What can make you panic?
William: Unless there’s an eight feet tall spider, not much.
Scott: What physical activities do you do that help you to deal with stress?
William: I don’t really do much physical activities to deal with stress.
Scott: Okay. How do you avoid stressful situations?
William: Well, generally beforehand I can tell when it’s about to go down. I generally either dip or I just get into a corner where I can just watch it go down or whatever.
Scott: Do you get coaching support to handle stress?
William: No.
